5 Essential Guidelines
Drink at least 2 liters per day to flush out newly appeared bacteria. Don't delay going to the toilet, otherwise bacteria will remain in the urinary tract for unnecessary time.
Keep abdomen, feet and back warm through hot water bottles, cherry pit pillows, etc. Cold weakens the immune system and promotes bladder infections.
Always clean from front to back after bowel movements to avoid cross-infection. For intimate care, it's best to use warm water, and if necessary, use special intimate wash to avoid damaging the skin's acidic protective barrier.
Immediately remove wet swimwear and avoid sitting on cold surfaces (stone, metal, etc.) especially for girls.
Go to the toilet directly after intimacy. This flushes out bacteria that may have entered the urinary tract through urination.
